Ho affittato la macchia online dal loro sito che è molto ben organizzato, l'auto mi è stata consegnata senza nel luogo prestabilito da me e sin dall'inizio è stato tutto molto chiaro. Gli impiegati sono precisi e ti fanno leggere con calma il contratto da firmare, inoltre non chiedono deposito cauzionale e vi è la possibilità di fare un'assicurazione full Kasko, (opzione da scegliere in fase di prenotazione) . Had an exceptional experience with TiRental in Albania.
They delivered the car directly to the airport on time and encouraged us to thoroughly film and inspect everything before handing over the keys. The car was in great mechanical shape (we took a VW Jetta), a few minor cosmetic scratches, but it drove perfectly without a single issue (motor, brakes, suspension performed very well, especially on a mountainous terrain of Albania).
Customer support was top-notch. Every WhatsApp message was answered in under 5 minutes. The return process was just as smooth and fair, with zero hidden fees or hassle.
